7.1 Business Transactions

9. Access to Account and Profiles

If you share or otherwise allow others to have access to your account, they will be able to see your subjects, courses, library, ratings, account information (including your email address or other information in the "Profile" area of our website).

To protect your privacy a device is logged out after a period of 30 minutes of inactivity.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for general audiences and not for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected “personal information” (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under the age of 13 without valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We do not knowingly process data of EU residents under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We also comply with other age restrictions and requirements in accordance with applicable local laws.
